Characters

As I'm writing this, I'm still thinking about my latest book. It's one in a series that I have decided to modify. The reasons are endless but mostly, those darn McRaidy men talk to me. I write sensual and erotic romance, things will go along in the story and all of the sudden, my characters take on a voice of their own. Refusing to follow my outline and making their own. With that being said, the temptation to bring in holiday scenes into a book is soooo tempting except one small problem. What I write for Christmas this year, may, just maybe, get published next year or even the year after that. It's a long process and the rejections out number the positive comments. Ok, have to go back to my manuscript, my thoughts have cleared.
